This initial conversation gives us a chance to talk about what is going on, what you want to change, and whether this is the right fit for your needs.
If it feels aligned to move forward, the next step is a 90-minute clarity session. This is where we go deeper. During the clarity session, we begin identifying the real issues underneath the surface — the patterns, blocks, fears, inner conflicts, habits, or forms of self-sabotage that may be keeping you stuck. We also clarify what you want to achieve and what kind of support will help you move forward most effectively.
From there, I will recommend the best next step based on your goals and the depth of work needed. Some clients choose ongoing private sessions, while others prefer a structured coaching package for more focused support and stronger momentum.
Real change usually does not happen in one session. If you want to improve any important area of your life, it takes consistency, accountability, follow-through, and support over time. That is why coaching packages are often the most effective option.
With a package, we have the space to do more than just talk about the problem. We can work through challenges as they come up, strengthen new patterns, create practical goals, and help you stay on track as you apply what you are learning in real life.

At the end of the clarity session, you will be able to decide whether you want to continue with ongoing one-on-one sessions or move forward with a coaching package.
Based on what we identify during that session, I will recommend the level of support that best fits your needs, and you can choose the option that feels right for you. Package options include 5 coaching sessions plus 1 hypnotherapy session, or 10 coaching sessions plus 2 hypnotherapy sessions.
The package format allows us to work more thoroughly and gives you a stronger foundation for change. It also offers a better value than booking individual sessions separately, with savings of up to 25% off the regular session cost. Pricing for package options will be discussed during the clarity session, based on your goals and the level of support that is most appropriate for you.
